Our challenge is intended to support you, guide you and educate you on how to approach your health and fitness journey to reach your aspiring results.  We have a strong focus on community to consistently inspire and keep you motivated. Working as a team means accountability, mentorship and an individualised approach to your needs.

Who is this for?
Anyone, at any stage and phase.

This program is designed for any individual wanting to:

- Reset their health & fitness journey.

- Aim to build consistency & structure

- Implement healthy habits.

- Create a bulletproof mindset.

- Connect with like minded community members.

- Educate yourself on all things health, fitness & wellbeing.

The FOCUS:

To help guide you to create HEALTHY HABITS & reset your lifestyle, habits and mindset in a transformative 8 week program to help you learn, create and implement these changes towards your health & fitness journey for the long-run!

Duration: Monday 15th January & run until March 10th. (8 Weeks)

Challenge Results

"I chose to start Healthy Habits by Katie to get back into the flow of work/life balance after pushing hard and having too much of a break and loosing my motivation. During the recent 8 week challenge Katie has provided ongoing support to assist me to ensure I don’t burn out when I feel I need to continue to push through but also helping me get back into a manageable routine. When people think or hear about these challenges they often associate them with weight loss or fitness enhancement. Although to can say I have gained muscle and had slight changes to my overall body composition the  things I have learnt over the past weeks have been the biggest change. Katie not only listens to support and gives guidance, she is very knowledgeable in many different areas of health. Especially women’s health with our cycles etc and understand how this may affect us overall during different stages. I would highly recommend Healthy Habits by Katie for anyone, of any fitness or people who just don’t know where to start."
