Katie’s Training Program will provide you with an entirely personalised home or gym training program, that takes into consideration your lifestyle, availability and access to equipment.

The program is individual to you including: Strength Focused, Quick, Injury, Pregnancy or Postpartum.

You won’t need to worry about technique or form, either, because you’ll also receive weekly in-depth check-in feedback via video, including any adjustments or cues that you might need. On top of this, you’ll receive full app access to track progress, log your sets, reps and weight, meaning you’ll always be able to make sure you’re progressing.
